How to reach a person

For anything about your own record — a disclosure you did not expect, an employer who has not confirmed your employment, a consent you want withdrawn — write to us and include your WorkID number. Never send us your PAN, Aadhaar or bank details; we will never ask for them.

Most of what people write in about can be done directly: revoke a consent, respond to feedback, or raise a dispute from your own account, in under a minute.

For onboarding, plans, invoices or integrating your hiring system, get in touch and tell us roughly how many people you employ and how many candidates you verify in a month.

Under India’s data protection framework, a Data Principal may escalate a grievance about how their personal data is handled to our named grievance officer, who is obliged to respond within the statutory period.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate further to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you have found a vulnerability, tell us before you tell anybody else and we will work with you. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that avoids privacy violations, service degradation and data destruction.
