A reputation on WorkID is earned from the people you have actually worked with. If money could move it, it would mean nothing. These are enforced in the domain layer and asserted by tests — not promised here and forgotten.

- Every employment record, exactly as it stands
- Every worker’s employment history and their access log
- Feedback already given or received, and any response to it
- Open and resolved disputes, and their outcomes
- Consents workers have granted, until they expire or are revoked
Losing a customer must never quietly edit a worker’s history. Their records, their access log and any dispute they are part of are unaffected by what you pay us.
